In 1958, Portia Law School had 275 enrolled students, and added to its staff of five by naming Frank Scioli as Student Accounts Manager. Scioli became Chief Financial Officer in 1962, and, in addition to managing the school’s finances, he guided the purchase and renovation of the Newbury, Stuart, and Church Street locations. In 1983, Scioli received an Honorary Doctor of Business Administration degree from New England School of Law. His son Frank graduated from the school in 2008.
