Thomas Curry

Within a year of graduation, Thomas Curry began working as an attorney with the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s Office. In 1990, Curry became the Commonwealth’s Commissioner of Banks and served for five Massachusetts governors. In 2004, President George W. Bush appointed Curry to the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where he serves as the Chairman of various FDIC committees. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NeighborWorks America, a nonprofit organization chartered by Congress to aid in neighborhood revitalization.
