A beloved professor for 37 years, Daniel Ticcioni taught Civil Procedure, Clinical Evidence, Conflict of Laws, and Modern Remedies. Before joining New England School of Law, he was a law clerk to Judge Nathan S. Heffernan of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and a Milwaukee County public defender. Ticcioni was also a visiting professor at Marquette University Law School and collaborated periodically on criminal appeal briefs on a pro bono basis. He retired in 2008, but he will back in May 2009 to attend his son Michael’s graduation from the school.
