Lopa Patel Zielinski

During law school Zielinski was Managing Editor of the New England Law Review. Upon graduation, she became a judicial law clerk to Judge John A. O’Shaughnessy in the Superior Court of New Jersey, and then worked as a commercial litigator for a private law firm. Later she developed an expertise in securities law, and obtained a LL.M. in securities and financial regulation from Georgetown University Law Center. She served as an in-house securities and corporate governance attorney for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., and is now counsel and director of TIAA-CREF, a national financial services company concentrating in board support and corporate governance.
