Eleanora Fantony Burke
Portia Law School, 1935
Burke reveled in Portia’s “energy.” Immediately after graduation, she opened her own practice. Working out of her home allowed her to pursue a career while raising a family. She practiced for 50 years, and is particularly proud of helping dozens of families win cases on behalf of their special-needs children. She also pursued politics, serving on the Southborough Town Council for many years.
