Hon. Darrell L. Outlaw
Portia Law School, 1961
Outlaw had already worked as a teacher and a probation officer before enrolling in night classes at Portia Law School. After passing the bar, Outlaw opened a practice in Dorchester. An interest in politics led to his appointment as Chairman of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination under Governor Edward King. He then served as a judge in the Dorchester District Court.
