Nonimmigrant Student Requirements

New England School of Law is authorized under federal law to enroll nonimmigrant students.

Nonimmigrant students should be aware that any visa or entry requirements of the United States government are the responsibility of the student.

In addition to entry requirements, nonimmigrant entrants from all countries may also be required to register with the federal government.
