Transfer Applicants
A student who has completed one year at an American Bar Association or state-accredited law school may apply for admission with advanced standing.
TRANSFER APPLICATION DEADLINE:
| Fall semester: | July 1 |
| Spring semester: | November 1 |
TRANFER APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
The applicant must:
- Submit a completed New England School of Law application form;
- Submit a non-refundable $65 (U.S.) application fee before July 1 for the fall semester or November 1 for the spring semester;
- Have taken the LSAT within the past 5 years;
- Register with LSAC so that an official LSDAS report will be sent to the law school;
- Forward the following documentation to New England School of Law:
- A letter of good standing from the dean of his or her current law school
- One letter of recommendation from a law professor
- An official transcript showing at least one year of grades
Your file cannot be reviewed if courses are in progress. This may make spring transfer difficult as grades may not be available in sufficent time before the spring semester begins. - Personal statement.
