In recognition of the importance of online legal writing, The Expert Institute is offering a $2,000 scholarship for the best legal blog post written by a law student on the topic of expert witnesses.To be considered for the scholarship, you must submit a 1,000 to 2,500 word blog-style article on the use of expert witnesses in litigation.

There are two scholarships available through the Lawrence Bar Association, for applicants currently attending law school in the U.S. who demonstrate a clear desire to further the aims of the legal profession and whose primary residence is within the Greater Lawrence cities and towns (Lawrence, Andover, North Andover, Methuen).
Scholarship awards: $4,000 (Sargent Battershill Fund) and $2,500 (Lawrence Bar Association Educational Trust)
