The Center for Business Law at New England School of Law presents
Distinguished Guest Speaker: Arnold S. Goldstein, Ph.D. ('64)

Dr. Goldstein is senior partner of the Law Firm of Arnold S. Goldstein & Associates, of Boston, MA, and Boca Raton, FL, specializing in asset protection. He is president of Garrett Publishing and previously served as co-founder and chairman of E-Z Legal Forms (Made E-Z Products, Inc.).
He is a distinguished professor at Lynn University and an adjunct faculty member at Nova-Southeastern University. From 1968 to 1991, he was a professor at Northeastern University, teaching business and law courses, and served as department chairman and acting dean. He has been an adjunct faculty member at Florida Atlantic University and at Suffolk University Law School and Sawyer School of Management.
The author of more than 100 books and more than 350 articles, he received a B.S. in pharmacy from Northeastern University in 1961, a J.D. from NESL in 1964, an M.B.A. and LL.M. from Suffolk University in 1966 and 1975, and a Ph.D. in law and economic policy from Northeastern University in 1990. He was a post-doctoral research scholar at the London School of Economics.
