Public Service Transcript Notation Program

Students may obtain transcript recognition for appropriate public service legal work.

  • Students must perform a minimum of twenty-five hours of legal work;
  • The work must be on a volunteer basis, so students may not count work for which they receive credit or pay;
  • The program is being operated under the auspices of the Center for Law and Social Responsibility

Students must submit a completed form, available in hard copy, to obtain recognition for their work. The form should be submitted to the Clinic Office, 46 Church Street, 1st Floor, to Professor Engler's attention.

A more detailed explanation of the program, including a description of the work that is covered, and the mechanism for obtaining recognition, is available online.

A list of the types of organizations at which appropriate work may be performed is also available.
