Alumni Profiles

New England School of Law alumni working in public interest legal jobs or recognized for their pro bono work:

Kristine Demo (Class of 2001)

I love my job at Monroe County Legal Assistance. I started in March, 2002. I originally interviewed for the position in August, however, I didn't get the job. They contacted me in January and asked if I was still interested in the position. I was thrilled! I help victims of domestic violence with their housing and public benefits. This position is through the AmeriCorp program. When I was at New England, I did family law work at a legal services office through the school's Family Law clinic.
