02/01/09 American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law legal assistance

Students Marques Lipton (’09) and Julia Walker (’10) are working with Professor David Siegel on an American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law project.

The focus of the project will be to prepare an AAPL Legal Overview and to work on creating written materials, including (a) legal overview, (b) outline of direct examination and (c) outline of cross-examination of forensic evaluator for use in training psychiatrists who conduct forensic evaluations.
