04/21/09 Designated Port Area study submission

At a meeting with Alternatives for Community and Environment and an East Boston citizens group, EAP presented its report examining the law and history of Massachusetts' Designated Port Areas. The study was completed on behalf of citizen groups aiming to clean up and utilize the Massachusetts shoreline.
