Cap and Gown Orders

Ordering Deadline: Friday, April 4, 2014

University Cap & Gown supplies academic regalia (tam, tassel, hood, and gown) for New England Law | Boston’s Commencement. Academic regalia is required for participation in the Commencement ceremony. If you plan to attend, you must register for your regalia through the online ordering site of our vendor by Friday, April 4, 2014.

Graduates must pick up academic regalia the week of Commencement. Academic regalia will be available for pick-up on campus in classroom 502 on the following dates at the times indicated. Please bring your student ID for identification.

  • Tuesday, May 20, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 21, 1 p.m.–7 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 22, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Regalia will be individually packaged with the student’s name affixed to the packaging. If a student is unable to get to the scheduled regalia distribution, another student may pick up regalia for that graduate but must bring the fellow graduate’s student ID.

Following Commencement, University Cap & Gown representatives will be in the library to collect the academic regalia from graduates.

Please note that all members of the Class of 2014 will be required to complete a graduate survey in order to pick up their cap and gown on the dates above. The American Bar Association requires that all law schools collect employment data and future contact information of graduates.
