Professor Wilton B. Hyman teaches Business Organizations, Business Transactions, Personal Income Taxation, and Taxation of Business Entities. He previously had a sole practice in North Carolina providing consulting and legal advice to small business and nonprofit organizations. He was a visiting faculty member at New England Law in 1994-95 and an assistant professor at the law school from 1995 to 1998. He has also taught at North Carolina Central University School of Law.
