Professor Wilton B. Hyman teaches Business Organizations, Business Transactions, Personal Income Taxation, and Taxation of Business Entities. He previously had a sole practice in North Carolina providing consulting and legal advice to small business and nonprofit organizations. He was a visiting faculty member at New England Law in 1994-95 and an assistant professor at the law school from 1995 to 1998. He has also taught at North Carolina Central University School of Law. He is the author of articles on tax issues and the black business community.
