Professor Bishop was an associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP and at Ropes & Gray LLP. He has published law review articles analyzing the practical impact of constitutional principles on discrete provisions of state law. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Francis P. O’Connor at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
