Juris Doctor Program - Full-Time Day Division
Thinking of earning your Juris Doctor degree as a full-time law student? New England Law | Boston was founded in 1908 as a law school for women, and we have always endeavored to educate a diverse group of students.

The full-time day division is comprised of approximately 700 students. It is a three year program with required subjects during first year and part of second year. 86 credits are required for graduation.
Graduates of our Juris Doctor program are in leadership positions in the best law firms, businesses, and agencies across the country. On campus, our faculty, and student body are dedicated to helping you succeed.
Our faculty’s commitment to teaching excellence results in excellent preparation in foundational courses complemented by a wide variety of electives and specialized seminars. Students can concentrate and develop expertise in an array of legal fields, and our 16 clinics and three academic centers provide practical skills experiences and opportunities for policy research.
Students at New England Law work together in class, in study groups, playing baseball against the faculty, or involved in the many student organizations.
To learn more, we invite you request a viewbook and to visit the law school (in Massachusetts or via our virtual tour) and meet our community.

Flexible Scheduling Options
If your schedule can’t accommodate full-time law school, we also offer a part-time, four-year day program; our part-time, four-year evening program, which lets you keep your day job and attend classes at night (New England Law is one of only two law schools in the Boston area with an evening division); and our special part-time program for parents with primary childcare responsibilities. This combination of day and evening classes allows students to arrange schedules that are more compatible with their child-care responsibilities.
