Professor Manus teaches Administrative Law, Contemporary Property Concepts, Environmental Advocacy, Environmental Justice, Environmental Law, Environmental Theory and Politics, and Property. He directs the Environmental Advocacy Project for the law school’s Center for Law and Social Responsibility. He joined the New England faculty in 1992 after serving as an associate at the Boston law firms of Goodwin, Procter and Peabody & Arnold. He has written numerous articles analyzing the environmental movement and is coauthor of several books on environmental law. He regularly engages in environmental projects on a pro bono basis, often with the assistance of interested students.
