A member of the New England Law faculty since 1980, Professor Nyquist teaches Contracts, UCC: Negotiable Instruments, Readings in Contract Law, and UCC: Secured Transactions, areas in which he also focuses his research and writing. After practicing for several years, he was a visiting lecturer at the University of Warwick School of Law in Coventry, England, where he was subsequently a visiting fellow. He was also a visiting professor at Gonzaga University School of Law. He is the author of several articles, including one voted the Houston Law Review’s 1993 Article of the Year by its editorial board and two published in the Journal of Legal Education. He served for three years as executive director of the Consortium for Innovative Legal Education.
