The New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement is one of the nation’s top criminal law journals and the only journal in the nation that specifically addresses civil confinement law. The Journal publishes twice a year and addresses timely and important constitutional and policy issues in the areas of criminal law and civil confinement. Each issue includes articles contributed by judges, leading scholars, practitioners, and notes and comments authored by the Journal’s staff.
