PERMISSION TO REPRINT

Permission to reprint entire articles or excerpts from individual articles of the New England Law Review, is granted through the Law Review's business office.

Any request to reprint should include the exact author, title, volume, issue number and year the article appeared. Furthermore, we request that you include: a description of how the copyrighted material is to be used; the author and title of the work in which the material will be reprinted; the proposed date of publication and the publishing house.

PERMISSION TO PHOTOCOPY

Permission to photocopy materials from the New England Law Review for educational or business purposes is granted so long as:

1. Copies are distributed at or below cost
2. The author and the Law Review are identified
3. Proper notice of copyright is affixed to each copy
