Group Study Room Policies
A library staff member will approve or decline your reservation based on the rules that follow.
- Group study rooms are available to current New England Law students only on a first come, first served basis. A group is at least two persons.
- Library study rooms are for group study and research purposes only, not for student meetings.
- Reservation requests made more than two weeks in advance will not be honored.
- Each group is entitled to four hours per week of study space.
- Due to the great demand for group study space, any room not occupied after 15 minutes of scheduled time, will be considered forfeited and made available to others.
No food is allowed in the library or group study rooms.
Study rooms are not soundproof. Please keep conversation quiet.
Room 017 is not reservable. It is for staff of student publications to use for collaboration and storage of cite checking materials.
Note that there are separate policies for use of the Cherry Room.
