Group Study Room Policies
A library staff member will approve or decline your reservation based on the rules that follow.
- Group study rooms are available to current New England Law students only on a first come, first served basis. A group is at least two or more.
- Library study rooms are for study and research purposes only , not for student meetings.
- Reservation requests made more than two weeks in advance will not be honored.
- Each group is entitled to four hours per week of study space.
- Due to the great demand for group study space, any room not occupied after 15 minutes of scheduled time, will be considered forfeited and made available to others.
- No food is allowed in the library or group study rooms.
- Beverages are permitted in group study rooms as long as they are in a spill-proof container; however no beverages of any kind are permitted in rooms 201 and 202.
