“Inside the ABA” article features Dean O’Brien’s leadership, analysis, and predictions
(Boston, 1/10/14) New England Law | Boston: Dean O'Brien has the longest continuous service at a single institution of any law school dean in the country, and in 2012 was named one of the most influential people in legal education in a nationwide survey conducted by the National Jurist.
His extensive service to the profession includes chairing the Council of the American Bar Association’s Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar in 2011-2012; he served on the Council’s Executive Committee as immediate past chair in 2012-2013.
His thoughts on the Section and its future path are captured in a recent Boston University School of Law Record article. Dean O’Brien received his LL.M. from BU Law after earning his J.D. from New England Law | Boston.
