California Supreme Court Briefs.  Database:  CA-BRIEF  Coverage:  This database includes briefs on the merits filed with the California Supreme Court with selective coverage from 1997-1998. Complete coverage begins in January, 1999. Coverage is limited to only cases where review has been granted.

Florida Briefs.  Database:  FL-BRIEF   Coverage: Merit briefs filed in cases that are scheduled for argument before the Florida Supreme Court. Coverage begins with 1993.

Florida Jurisdictional Briefs.  Database:  FL-JURIS   Coverage:  Briefs on Jurisdiction filed with Florida Supreme Court. Briefs on Jurisdiction are filed in cases invoking the Florida Supreme Court's discretionary jurisdiction. See Fla.R.App.P. Rule 9.120. These briefs are limited to the issue of jurisdiction. There are selected Briefs on Jurisdiction, beginning with 1993.
