Meet the Career Services Staff
Mandie A. LeBeau, Esq., Director
Mandie manages the Career Services Office at New England Law | Boston, where she counsels students and alumni on their careers and maintains employer relations. Before joining New England Law | Boston in 2006, Mandie was the program director for The Boston Lawyers Group and a program consultant for the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity, where she assisted legal employers with recruiting and retaining diverse attorneys. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at McKenzie & Associates, P.C.
Mandie also serves as president of Pardon Me, Inc., a business etiquette consulting firm that teaches students and executives how to present themselves professionally in the workplace. She currently serves on the Data Policy and Collection Committee for the Council of the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar. She served as the Northeast Regional Coordinator for the National Association for Law Placement, 2010-2011; the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's Diversity & Inclusion Section Sub-committee for Pipeline and Recruitment, 2010-2012; and she is a past-president of the Massachusetts Association of Legal Recruiters, 2010. She received her B.A. in political science from Spelman College and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
Susan M. Molinari, Esq., Associate Director of Career Services
Susan is a former litigation partner at Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro, P.C. where her practice focused on complex business litigation. She currently volunteers as a legal advocate for the Riverside Community Care Human Rights Committee. Susan worked as a social worker for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services, while attending law school in the evening. She also interned with the Massachusetts Department of Social Services Legal Department and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office while in law school. Susan received her B.A. in psychology from Providence College and her J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 1999.
Sarah Coffey, Assistant Director and Pro Bono Coordinator
Sarah is experienced in counseling students in job search skills, interview techniques, and a wide variety of practice areas. She has spent eight years in law school career services, including four years as New England Law's legal recruitment coordinator. Sarah also serves as president of the Northeast Law School Consortium.
Sarah previously was the recruitment coordinator at Boston University School of Law’s Career Development Office, and she spent two years as an AmeriCorps volunteer teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages to adult immigrants in South Boston. She received her dual B.A. in English and German from Guilford College (Greensboro, NC) in 1998.
Sara Sandstrom, Legal Recruitment Coordinator
Sara coordinates all on and off-campus interview programs for students and also helps with career counseling for current students.
Previously Sara worked in the Career Services Office at Roger Williams University School of Law and at Framingham State College. She received her bachelor’s degree from Worcester State College in 2003 and her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2007.
Stephanie M. Teed, Career Services Coordinator
Stephanie worked in the legal recruiting and the litigation departments at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, LLP before coming to New England Law | Boston. Prior to that she worked as a child care provider and an administrative assistant for her family’s plumbing business. She received her bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University in 2007.
