Bridge To Success Mentor Program

Student Application

To apply for the Bridge to Success Mentor Program, please complete this application. This program will help 2L and 3L students plan their legal careers by matching them with alumni mentors who share a common background, interests, or practice area. Only members of the classes of 2016 and 2017 may apply. Please contact cso@nesl.edu with any questions.

Personal Information

  • This will be used to assist us with making the best possible match and to provide information to your mentor so they can learn more about you.

Are you willing and able (i.e. have car access) to travel outside of the Boston city limits to meet with your mentor? Many mentors invite their mentees to their office or to accompany them to court as it is a good learning experience.

Mentee Information

Please complete the questions below. Your answers will allow us to best match you with a mentor.

What are your areas of interest in the law in order of importance? You may select up to two.

If we are unable to pair you with a mentor based on your preferred criteria above, do you still want to participate in the program?

Guidelines and Contract

I have read the New England Law | Boston Bridge to Success Mentor Program Guidelines and Student Contract. I agree to the terms of both. If I am assigned a mentor through the Program, I agree to contact the alum who has volunteered to mentor me. I understand that the purpose of this Program is to obtain career advice from a New England Law alum and I agree not to make inquiries regarding job opportunities with the alum who has volunteered to mentor me.
