Issues are $15.00 each or $35.00 per year domestic ($40.00 per year foreign). Unless timely notice to the contrary is received, subscriptions will be renewed automatically. All notifications regarding a change in address should include both the old and new address, zip code, a current phone number and e-mail address, as well as the date to begin delivery at the new address.
