Enrollment/Good Standing Letter Request Form

For summer study programs, please fill out the summer study request form.

Students who need a letter verifying enrollment and/or whether they are in good standing for loan deferment, health insurance, transferring, etc., should fill out this form.

Please process a letter for me stating:




REMINDER: If you transfer to another law school, you are required to notify the Director of Student Services, in writing, before the beginning of the semester. You will be assessed all tuition charges and fees for the semester should you fail to notify the Director of Student Services
