Change of Name Form
For Current Students
It is the responsibility of the student to notify the Registrar's Office as soon as possible when a name change occurs in order to assure timely correspondence from all departments at New England Law.
Note: When submitting a Change of Name request, a copy of an official document must be submitted in order to process your request.
You have three options to submit your documentation:
- Fax documentation to the Registrar's Office at 617-422-7365
- Mail documentation to: 154 Stuart Street, Attn: Registrar's Office, Boston, MA 02116
- Deposit the documentation in the Registrar's "Drop Box" on the 3rd Floor opposite the Student Lounge
