Due to the impending storm, New England Law is canceling classes that begin at 2 p.m. or later on Monday and will be closed for day and evening classes on Tuesday. All classes starting before 2 p.m. on Monday will be held as scheduled. The Stuart Street building and library will close at 4 p.m. on Monday and will remain closed on Tuesday. Administrative offices will close at 2 p.m. on Monday and will be closed on Tuesday. We will monitor the progress of the storm and will post updates about Wednesday’s arrangements. more >

What is Due Process All About?

Due Process is the student run newspaper of New England Law | Boston.  The publication features comics, puzzles, and articles regarding current happenings in law, entertainment, and the law school experience.  All article are written by members of the New England Law | Boston community.  The publication provides worthy legal journalism to inform and entertain readers on events and developments, both on and off the New England Law campus.

 
Due Process publishes five (5) regular issues, and one (1) end of year commemorative yearbook.

How Can I Be a Part of Due Process?

All members of the New England Law | Boston community are encouraged to submit articles for publication.  Due Process will also publish advertisements from faculty and student organizations at no cost, and from local businesses at a moderate cost.  Interested persons should please forward submissions, questions, or concerns to dueprocess@nesl.edu.

Due Process Article Submission Guidelines

  • Must be 500 words of less
  • Must be legally related
  • Must be for informational or entertainment purposes
  • Anonymous article submissions will not be accepted
  • Profane, derogatory, sexually explicit, and otherwise inappropriate article submissions are prohibited
  • Publication of submitted articles is at the editor-in-chief's discretion
