Professional Background
Since 1993 Eric K. Bradford, Esq. has worked as a trial attorney with the United States Trustee, a litigating component of the U.S. Department of Justice. He investigates and litigates civil enforcement actions in chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases. He also briefs and argues appeals. In private practice, Bradford worked for large firms as a bankruptcy specialist. Bradford is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has taught at New England Law since 2013. His teaching is most influenced by a former professor, Elizabeth Warren.
