Professional Background

Upon graduating from New England Law | Boston, Charles Basler joined the Law Office of Adam Bond in Middleboro, Massachusetts. The Firm is a small, general practice law firm which provides representation in a wide variety of legal areas, such as: general civil litigation, personal injury & wrongful death, veteran’s benefits, landlord-tenant, real estate disputes, and small business matters. Together with the Firm’s principal, Attorney Basler has developed one of the state’s top practices in manufactured housing law and serves as general and trial counsel for manufactured housing communities across the state. Attorney Basler has appeared before nearly every court in Massachusetts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and has experience in litigation, mediation, arbitration, and appeals. He is also an accredited attorney with the U.S. Dept. of Veteran’s affairs, before which he represents our disabled military veterans. Attorney Basler is a member of the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) arbitration roster and is eligible to arbitrate disputes involving financial brokers and brokerage firms in the Massachusetts area.
