Jared Hubbard is the vice president of operations and general counsel of Scytáles AB, a Swedish software company focused on digital identity products. Prior to going in-house, he practiced as a litigator for 14 years, representing clients in complex litigation matters, with a particular focus on helping clients navigate international disputes—including domestic and international litigation, international commercial arbitration, and investor-state arbitration. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, high-stakes investors, and sovereign countries through some of their most complex disputes. He has extensive appellate experience, and frequently represented parties and amicus curiae before the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He serves as president of the Boston International Arbitration Council, and previously clerked for the Honorable Edith Brown Clement on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
