Professional Background
David London, Esq. serves as Trial Counsel for the Office of Distributions within the Division of Enforcement at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). David has worked for the SEC in numerous roles since 2000. In his current position, he provides oversight for the distribution of funds collected in SEC enforcement actions to harmed investors through disgorgement funds and the establishment of Fair Funds pursuant to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. David also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts from 2018 to 2021. He is a frequent guest lecturer and panelist on topics such as insider trading and cyber security.
