Nancy McPheeters has served as an Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney at Law at the Law Office of Nancy McPheeters since 1996. Her practice is primarily focused on the needs of the elderly, including estates and trusts, probate, guardianships, real estate, and medicaid. McPheeters frequently speaks at local senior centers on such matters. She was honored as a 'Woman Making a Difference' by the Zonta organization in Malden for her service among the elderly. She is a current member of the Malden Library Board and has also served on the Board of the Geriatric Authority of Malden, having co-written the legislation to establish the authority. McPheeters is also a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA.
