Professor Benjamin Golden is an Associate Professor of Law at the law school. Professor Golden previously served as a Clinical Professor of Law in the law school’s Clinical Law Office, where he supervised students representing low-income clients in a diverse range of legal matters. Before joining the New England Law faculty, Professor Golden worked at the Health Law Clinic at Suffolk University Law School. Before that, he served as an assistant attorney general in the Consumer Protection Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Earlier in his career, Professor Golden clerked for the Honorable Mitchell J. Sikora, Jr., at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and for the Honorable Robert J. Lynn at the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He is an appointed member of the Supreme Judicial Court’s Advisory Committee on Massachusetts Evidence Law, and he is a former appointed member of the Supreme Judicial Court’s Access to Justice Commission.
