Professional Background

Kathryn M. Barry, Esq, was an attorney at local small and mid-sized firms before launching her own firm in 2026. Her firm focuses on estate planning, probate, fiduciary advising, and trust administration. She has served as a legislative liaison and member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Probate Law Section Council since 2020. She has been a member of the Women’s Bar Association since 2025. In addition, she is a 2026 Massachusetts Bar Association’s Leadership Academy Fellow. Finally, she has authored several articles analyzing recent cases and the potential impact of legislation on the practice of estate and trust law.
