Professor Nguyen teaches Trademarks and Unfair Competition, Property I, and Property II. Prior to entering full-time academia, Professor Nguyen practiced law at a nonprofit organization that provides legal services and educational programming to the creative community, including artists, designers, musicians, and creative entrepreneurs. She has counseled on matters such as contracts, corporate governance, business entity formation, copyrights, and trademarks.
