Professional Background

Professor James (Jim) Rehnquist is a former partner in Goodwin Procter’s White Collar Defense practice who is regularly recognized for his excellence by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. A former Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Jim has broad experience in several subject matter areas including health care fraud, mail and wire fraud, and securities fraud. He designed and taught a seminar, Federal Criminal Justice, at his alma mater, Boston University School of Law. He recently co-authored a casebook, CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AND RACIAL INJUSTICE (Aspen 2024).
