Professional Background

Upon graduating from Chico, Oscar moved to Boston. Before attending law school, Oscar worked as a Corporate Paralegal for a national technology company. During law school, Oscar interned for the Honorable Katie Rayburn in the Suffolk Superior Court, and the Honorable Judge Maureen Walsh in the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He also served as the Business Managing Editor of the New England Law Review. Oscar is currently a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Christopher Smith on the Rhode Island Superior Court Motion Calendar.
