Professional Background

Dan Paradis is General Counsel for Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc., a software development company with a long history in Boston. Dan is an experienced business lawyer who has represented early stage and mature companies in the tech sector and other industries. In his current position, Dan counsels on both strategic business opportunities and day-to-day legal matters. Before joining ICS full time, Dan helped form a successful boutique law firm for start-up companies. Prior to that he was Tax Counsel to the Vermont Legislature.
