Professional Background

Shane T. O’Sullivan is an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Prior to this role, he served as Ombudsman and Counsel at the Massachusetts State Police Crime Laboratory and as an Assistant District Attorney in both the Suffolk and Hampden districts. AAG O’Sullivan has tried cases in the District Court and Superior Court and has also argued numerous times before the Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court. He is a graduate of New England Law | Boston.
