Professional Background

Damien is a graduate of New England Law | Boston and currently works as a Trial Attorney in the Public Defender Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS), advocating for adult criminal defendants with a focus on holistic legal representation. His prior experience includes an internship at Greater Boston Legal Services, where he focused on sealing criminal records and advocating for legislative reforms.

While at New England Law | Boston, Damien served as the Executive Online Editor of the New England Law Review and was on the executive board of the CORI initiative. He was also published in Volume 59-1 of the New England Law Review, exploring the impact of true-crime influencers on the justice system in his article titled “The Judge, the Jury, and the Influencer: A Look at True Crime Influencers and Their Effect on the Justice System.”
