Professional Background
Aly Madan, Esq., practices humanitarian-based immigration law, with a focus on asylum and a grounding in racial justice. Aly provides holistic, trauma-informed representation to clients seeking relief in the form of affirmative asylum, removal defense, and adjustment of status, as well as on applications for U and T visas, VAWA, SIJs, Temporary Protected Status, parole, deferred action, citizenship, and more. Aly is also an adjunct at Northeastern University School of Law and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is a trained mediator and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
