Professional Background

Bernardo Cuadra, Esq., is the Deputy Chief of the False Claims Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Before joining the MA AGO in 2016, Cuadra was an associate in the Trusts & Estates practice group at Shipman & Goodwin in Hartford, CT. Cuadra clerked for the Connecticut Supreme Court from 2010-2011. Recently, Cuadra has been helping to lead the AGO’s Well-Being Committee since they became the first public agency to sign the ABA Well-Being Pledge.
