Pamela M. Myers is Acting Supervisor of Attorney Advisor Unit and Attorney Advisor: Review & Authorization Attorney at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) in Boston. As an attorney advisor, Ms. Myers researches and makes recommendations on legal issues arising during investigation of claims, drafts orders, advises the Investigating Commissioners, reviews recommended orders drafted by attorney advisors, authorizes or dismisses new filings for a lack jurisdiction and supervises attorney advisors and legal interns. Prior to her work as an attorney advisor, Ms. Myers worked as a senior investigator at the MCAD, investigating claims and writing recommended dispositions in cases of employment, education, housing and public accommodation discrimination. Ms. Myers is a graduate of Roger Williams University and holds a J.D. from New England School of Law. She also earned an LLM in labor law from Queen Mary University of London.
