Professional Background

Upon graduating from New England Law | Boston, Kayla Pulliam worked in education and policy as a Staff Attorney at Massachusetts Appleseed Center for Law and Justice until the fall of 2022. She then transitioned to direct representation of child clients in education matters at the Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts. In the spring of 2023, Kayla began working for the Committee for Public Counsel Services in the Edlaw division. Kayla’s work focuses on dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline by representing students in discipline, education, and special education matters. Her primary work involves representing students that are court-involved or at risk of being court-involved.
