Melissa E. Robbins, formerly Melissa E. Oakes-Cook, is a Partner at Farrell & Robbins, P.C. Robbins has been practicing in the areas of Land Use, Development, and Zoning since 2004. She has been admitted to both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bars. Robbins is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association as well as the Northeast Builders and Remodelers Association. She also sits on the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell.
