Professional Background
Pavel is a business lawyer in private practice located primarily in Boston and New York. For over 20 years, Pavel has served as outside general counsel for domestic and foreign start-up and growth companies. He also represents clients in numerous disputes, suits, and arbitrations in the US and abroad. In addition, Pavel has also been serving as an arbitrator with FairClaims, a unique online arbitration provider. In this capacity he has authored decisions in over 500 matters. Pavel’s has also written and published notes on the integration of technology and law in legal and judicial systems, as well as other subjects. Pavel teaches courses in legal writing and core competencies, including remedies.
